"Where Christ enters, home begins"
As we transition from Ordinary Time, or the season of ordered daily living, the Church invites us to turn our hearts and minds to a season of anticipation and new beginnings, of Advent and Christmas. Our Lord Jesus comes to us as a baby, so small and vulnerable. We see of the stillness of a baby asleep, and we are drawn into their peace and captivated by their beauty. If the Lord is revealing something important to us through his birth, perhaps this coming season has something to do with being small, simple, still, doing less and having the work of God in our hearts?
We have chosen the theme “Where Christ enters, home begins” to begin our exploration during Advent of Jesus' presence in our own homes.
